The hotel is conveniently located close to the bus station and the city center, making it easy to explore Playa del Carmen. The rooms on the third floor, although there is no lift, are spacious and comfortable, with clean white linen and a window to the corridor. The breakfast offered at the hotel is also a great way to start the day, with a good variety of options to choose from.

The hotel is clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh linen. The friendly staff greeted me with genuine smiles and were always helpful. The location is excellent, not far from the city center and within easy walking distance to everything. It is also conveniently located in front of the city bus stop.

Conveniently located near great restaurants, grocery store, and Walmart. Close to park with events and food options. Enjoyed pool and having Netflix. Excellent breakfast and lunch at on-site restaurant. Fresh linen, peaceful pool area.
